We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 3-day return policy for products bought through our website and a 2-day return policy for in-store purchases.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning it should be unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you’ve received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and take appropriate action to make it right.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the quickest way to ensure you get what you desire is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and examined your return. At that point, we’ll inform you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for us to complete the refund process.

No Returns on Sales

Please note that our return and refund policies do not apply to items purchased during sale offers and Black Friday promotions. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
