Your utilization of this Website indicates your acceptance of the following:
- Age Requirement: This Website is exclusively available for use by individuals of legal age. If you are not of legal age, you are prohibited from purchasing any products or services offered on this Website.
- Acknowledgment and Agreement: By placing an order on this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined herein. Furthermore, by initiating an order and/or making a payment, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these terms and conditions, constituting the entire understanding between you and us.
Payment
Price Changes: Prices may undergo adjustments at any time; however, these alterations will not impact Orders that we have already confirmed, as explained above.
Payment Authorization: When making payments by card, please be aware that authorization and authentication may apply to all credit and debit cardholders and bank/building society account holders, respectively. If your payment card issuer or our service provider declines or fails to authorize or validate the payment for any reason, we will not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery of the Product(s) you have ordered as a result of these circumstances.
Third-Party Information Authorization: By furnishing us with the necessary information, you explicitly grant us permission to transmit or retrieve information about you from third parties on an occasional basis. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, debit or credit card details, or credit reports. Such information is used for the purpose of verifying your identity and delivery address for the Product(s), validating your payment card, and obtaining necessary authorizations for your Product(s) payments.
Delivery and Product Availability
Our goal is to deliver the Product(s) you’ve ordered to the delivery address you specified in your Order within the timeframe indicated in our Shipping Times. However, please note that we cannot provide an exact delivery date. If we have not completed the delivery of your Product(s) within 30 days from the submission of your Order or any other mutually agreed-upon date, you have the option to cancel the order, and we will promptly refund any payment you’ve made.
Please be aware that during periods of high traffic or promotional events, delivery times may extend to a maximum of 3 days.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase upon receiving your product, you have the option to return it for a full refund, as outlined in this section (“Damaged or Defective Products”) or the following section (“Your Right to Cancel”).
- With the exception of any specific warranties we may provide for particular products or those implied by law, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee on our products. Regarding the circumstances in which we supply the Product(s), implied warranties by law ensure that the Products conform to the descriptions we provide, are suitable for their intended purpose, and meet a satisfactory quality standard.
- Upon receiving the Product(s), it is your responsibility to inspect them for any defects or damage. Please try on any footwear indoors with socks. You have a legal obligation to exercise reasonable care in handling the Products while they are in your possession. Failure to fulfill this obligation may result in us seeking compensation from you. If you identify a defect or damage and are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must notify us promptly, and we will request you to return the Product(s) to our Customer Service Centre.
- If the Product(s) are discovered to be damaged before delivery to you or are defective (through no fault of your own use), we will either replace the Product(s) or refund the price you paid, including any delivery charges incurred either during the initial order or for returning the item to us. This applies as long as you have not worn, used, or damaged the Product(s). If you prefer a replacement, please contact us, and we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost, where reasonably feasible.
- In cases where the Product(s) are found to have been damaged after delivery to you, we will contact you to discuss the matter. You are responsible for arranging the collection of any unauthorized returns from our premises, such as Products returned due to defects but subsequently found not to be defective. Consequently, we retain the right to return the Products to you at your expense. We are unable to refund any delivery charges, whether incurred during the initial order or for returning the item to us.
- These Terms of Sale do not exempt us from liability (if any) to you in the following instances: personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any matter that would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
- Subject to the previous paragraph, our liability to you for losses arising from a breach of these Terms of Sale is limited to no more than 125% of the purchase price of the Product you bought. This cap includes any losses that could be reasonably foreseen as a consequence of our breach of these Terms of Sale. Losses are considered foreseeable if they could have been contemplated by both you and us at the time your Order was accepted by us.
- Apart from the previous paragraph, we are not responsible for indirect losses that occur as a result of the primary loss or damage and are not foreseeable by both you and us. These losses include but are not limited to: loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, or loss of anticipated savings. This exclusion does not affect claims for loss of or damage to your tangible property in accordance with your statutory rights or the previous paragraph or any other claims for direct financial loss not excluded by the above categories of loss in this paragraph.
- Subject to the previous paragraph, we are not liable for any delays or failures in performing our obligations under these Terms of Sale due to factors beyond our reasonable control. These factors include, but are not limited to, acts of God, government actions, war, fire, flood, explosion, civil commotion, IT or telecommunications service failures, third-party failures (including data supply failures), and industrial actions.
Please note that during promotional periods, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Refund Policy
We are responsible for delivering the service in a timely manner and according to the Client requirements indicated in the Order. Should any of the Client’s commitments be violated the Client is entitled to a partial or a full reimbursement according to our Money Back Guarantee Policy.
